Hi there campers!

Chef Wilson here—I know I tend to keep holed up and busy in the kitchens of the dining hall, but this Monday I'll be putting in an appearance at the campfire to bring you a taste of my latest camp classic creation: campfire mac n cheese! Feel free to stop by for a taste of fire-cooked pasta goodness, complete with a toppings bar. Allergens include: dairy, gluten

There will also be some extra cake, left over from Cyril's birthday just the other day! Slices are limited, so make sure you get some before it's gone. My recipe for double-chocolate delight is “not to be missed” if you take Ethan's word for it (which you should)!
