Chef Wilson here—I know I tend to keep holed up and busy in the kitchens of the dining hall, but this Monday I'll be putting in an appearance at the campfire to bring you a taste of my latest camp classic creation: campfire mac n cheese! Feel free to stop by for a taste of fire-cooked pasta goodness, complete with a toppings bar. Allergens include: dairy, gluten There will also be some extra cake, left over from Cyril's birthday just the other day! Slices are limited, so make sure you get some before it's gone.
