Below are suggestions on which quirks to pick and plot lines and NPCs to interact with. The //Play This If…// page aims to serve as inspiration rather than instruction on how to create a character. ===== Research Retreat ===== Whether it’s the flora, the insects, or the Appalake river you’re here for one thing and one thing only: academics. * Take the Indoor Kid quirk. * Take the Star Student quirk. * Take a Negative Relationship quirk with one of the camp counsellors (they’re trying to distract you from your academics, of course—Kit Everyst is the biggest perpetrator of this.). * Research the Appalake district and/or work on your project during downtime. * Maybe work with another player to create academic rivals ===== Just Here for the Zipline ===== You don’t care much for academics or introspection, rather you’re here for fun. You’re excited to try out all the activities the camp has to offer: the climbing wall, the swimming pool, and most importantly the zipline. * Take the Slacker quirk. * Take the Life of the Party quirk. * Take a Positive Relationship quirk with a student NPC (the activities the camp has to offer are often better with friends). * Visit the Activity Centre during downtimes. ===== Gossip Kid ===== You want to know everything about everyone at the camp. Surrounded by other young adults, there has been no better time to gossip. The rumours in the camp aren’t always true but more often than not they are entertaining. * Take a Negative Relationship quirk—is there someone you’ve been gossiping about? * Take a Positive Relationship quirk—is there someone you’ve been gossiping with? * Take the Life of the Party quirk. * Take the Centre of Attention Quirk. * Speak to Tabitha Dekker - it can be boring sat in the shop all day and so Tabitha is always willing to swap gossip for gossip, there's no better entertainment. ===== In Tents Thoughts ===== Far away from your University, and most of humanity, you are able to think and reflect on your life. Form new friendships, relax, and reconnect with your inner child. * Take the Make Me Cry quirk. * Visit Kit and participate in meditation and/or music therapy. * Take a Positive Relationship quirk—how will your friendships evolve throughout the game? * Take the Head in the Clouds quirk. play_this_if.txt Last modified: 2025/07/05 12:52by gm_yona
